Stallholder Restrictions

Stallholders CANNOT Sell, Display, Promote, or Use Items at this Market that are:

​

  1. Electrical items of any kind. Unless agreed with Rainbow Shack Events.

  2. Faulty or second hand goods.

  3. Items that promote party political statements, agendas, or policies.

  4. Items that promote violence or intolerance.

  5. Flags or bunting of any kind. Unless agreed with Rainbow Shack Events.

  6. Items with hate speech of any kind.

  7. Items with anti-Christian sentiments, statements, or imagery.

  8. Items with homophobic sentiments, statements, or imagery.

  9. Items that use racist items including joke items.

  10. Items that contain nudity of any kind including joke items.

  11. Alcohol of any kind except in food items.

  12. Stallholders cannot bring their own marquee, gazebo, or vending station. Unless agreed with Rainbow Shack Events.

  13. Religious items of any kind.

  14. Illegal substances.

  15. Sharps i.e knifes and syringes.

  16. Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, or vapes.

  17. Medica; equipment or supplies.

  18. Military equipment or supplies.

  19. Live or dead animals or insects.

Stallholder Allowances

Stallholders CAN Sell, Display, Promote, or Use Items at this Market that are:

​

  1. Homemade cakes, jams, and baked goods.

  2. Artisan food and drink.

  3. Butcher goods.

  4. Farm shop goods.

  5. Sweets traditional and modern.

  6. ​Gardening items, flowers, and supplies.

  7. Wildlife items and supplies.

  8. Pet treats, pet toys, and supplies.

  9. Christmas gifts, wrapping, and supplies.

  10. Christmas decorations, items, and supplies.

  11. kitchenware, glassware, and pottery.

  12. Cards and gifts.

  13. ​Perfume, makeup, soaps, and pampering items.

  14. Toys, tedies, and games.

  15. Hampers.

  16. Sports items.

  17. Clothing and fashion items.

  18. Knitting items, knitwear, wool, and supplies.

  19. Handmade items.

  20. Books and artwork.

  21. Music items.​

Terms and Conditions for Stallholders Trading at this Market:

​

  1. There is a limited space of 16 parking spaces at the church and these are on a first come first served basis.​

  2. Stallholders who are unable to park in the church carpark can park next to the hall to drop off their items inside and will then need to find a suitable place to park in the surrounding area.

  3. All vehicles are parked at stallholders own risk.

  4. Rainbow Shack Events takes no responsibility for damage or loss incurred to personal or commercial property brought in by stallholders.

  5. Stallholders selling food and drink are required to provide a copy of their food safety certificate, this must be in date and can be uploaded as a PDF file when filling in the online application form.

  6. Rainbow Shack Events public liability insurance for this event does not act as cover for stallholders, stallholders are encouraged to arrange their own Public Liability Insurance for their stall.

  7. Rainbow Shack Events takes no responsibility for damage or injury incurred to any individual as a result of items sold from a stallholders stall or how a stallholder has set up their stall.

  8. Rainbow Shack Events takes no responsibility for damage to the venue caused by stallholders, the way stallholders set up their stall, or items they use at their stalls including using the venues power supply.

  9. Each stallholder is responsible for any damage or injury incurred to any individual as a result of items sold from their stall or how the stall has been set up by the stallholder.

  10. Each stallholder is responsible for any damage caused by the stallholder to the venue including damage from how their stall is set up or items used at their stall including using the venues power supply.

  11. Rainbow Shack Events reserves the right to refuse any stallholder from participating at any of the events the company organises in house or for another company or organisation.

  12. Stall fees are paid when submitting this form exactly the same way as if you were purchasing something online.

  13. Stalls will not be reserved or held for a particular stallholder.

  14. Stallholders cannot choose which stall to set up at, this will be designated by Rainbow Shack Events.

  15. Stall fees are non-refundable.

  16. Rainbow Shack Events cannot guarantee footfall and will issue no refund of stall fee because of this.

  17. Any stallholder breaching the restrictions or terms and conditions as mentioned in this form will be banned from future events held by Rainbow Shack Events including those run for another company or organisation.

  18. By applying for a stall at this market you agree to Rainbow Shack Events handling the information you provide in compliance with GDPR.

  19. By providing contact details in the online application stallholders recognise that Rainbow Shack Events may use the information provided to contact the stallholder regarding future events to apply for.

  20. By filling in the online application stallholders recognise that the information provided will be recorded for record keeping and accounting.

  21. Stalls are strictly by prior booking using the online application form on the companies website and stallholders cannot turn up unannounced on the day of this event.

  22. Stallholders can arrive to setup from 12:00 PM.
