Terms and Conditions for this Sponsorship

1. Advertisements can only contain information directly relating to the and services the business provides.

2. Advertisements can only contain images directly relating to the business and services the business provides.

3. The banner provided by the business placing the sponsorship can only contain information directly relating to the business and services the business provides.

4. The banner provided by the business placing the sponsorship can only contain images directly relating to the business and services the business provides.

5. The banner provided by the business placing the sponsorship can be a maximum of 10ft by 3ft in size.

6. The business placing the sponsorship can bring the banner to the market venue between 11:00 Am and 12:00 PM on the day of the event to be placed by Rainbow Shack Events.

7. The business placing the sponsorship can collect the banner provided from 21:00 PM.

8. Any advert submitted that does not follow the first five instructions in the terms and conditions will not be placed in the venue and no refund will be given.

9. The person filling in this form representing the business whishing to place a sponsorship must be a minimum 18 years of age.

10. Sponsorship fees are non refundable.

11. By filling in the online application sponsors recognise that the information provided will be recorded for record keeping and accounting.
